Barrage Pre-Alpha 0.01 Playtest

The Barrage TTRPG (Tabletop Role-Playing Game) is a game in which you play as extraordinary characters in unique settings. The main focus for Barrage is to be a rules-flexible, setting-agnostic system in which many different “Modules” can be plugged into to customize each adventure. The base rules can be used to build your own settings, ancestries, enemies, allies, items, and magic systems. Any given option and subsystem should be able to seamlessly be toggled on and off without affecting any other subsystems (I.E. In a modern or futuristic setting, you may want a hacking subsystem. This subsystem wouldn’t work in a medieval setting, and should be able to be turned off without affecting more setting appropriate systems).

This playtest contains a minimal playable version of this game as well as a short adventure to act as a mechanics playtest as well as a rules language test. The game rule file includes a link to a survey players may fill out to help improve further development of the game.
